After a long 2 year break since Aion, Avalonguild.com is back! Guild Wars 2 is right around the corner. The beta signups are open at https://beta.guildwars2.com

Everyone should signup and put Avalon & the website url in the signup info! The more of us that make it into beta events, the better prepared we will be going into official launch. Today in 2006 Fly left his guild and joined mine after a very public wedding of sorts and Avalon was born. So we count this as both the anniversary of Avalon and of us. The fact that it falls on April Fools' Day makes it even more awesome.

FEED THE VENTRILO MONSTER!

It's that time again. Yes, it's time to feed the Ventrilo monster. It only eats once every 6 months. The Avalon account has a little money in it and I have had to take over paying for the website myself (not too harsh at $15 a month). Im asking Avaloonies and union alike to donate a small amount to help keep our excellent Ventrilo up and running. The total bill is $69.93 and that covers 50 people for 6 months.

Every Donator of more than $5 gets a special green name on the forum and my undying affection. If you are not in the Avalon guild, you also get an account in the Ventrilo that allows you to move, private chat and see comments (union members enter as guests generally). Also, Ventrilo is essential to our community and organization as a guild and union and I encourage everyone to join, even if you can only listen. All are welcome, paying or not, union or not.
